Now heat mustard oil in a pan and add bay leaves, cardamom, and a cinnamon stick. Give it a nice mix, and then add the chopped onions. Saute until they turn golden brown in colour. After this, add the ginger-garlic paste, followed by all the dry masalas and tomatoes. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Next, add the yogurt and cook again for a few minutes. Finally, add the marinated prawns and cook until the oil separates. Add water, and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer on low heat for around 10 minutes, and then garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!
