Rookies across the NFL are set to report to their team’s training facility for training camp in just a few weeks.

With minicamp and OTAs in the rearview mirror, the real work is about to begin for these first-year players. So, who should you be looking at to win NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year? Here are some of the best betting picks.

Cameron Ward (+300)

How is the No. 1 overall draft pick 3/1 to win this award? Incredible value.

Sure, this was a weak quarterback draft class. Ward’s skill set is nowhere near that of Caleb Williams or Jayden Daniels last season.

But the Tennessee Titans have quickly turned into a great landing spot. Titans head coach Brian Callahan worked wonders with a young Joe Burrow during his time with the Cincinnati Bengals. He now has veteran weapons like Calvin Ridley, Tyler Lockett and Tony Pollard to help ease Ward’s transition.

As long as Ashton Jeanty (+270) doesn’t go buck wild with the Las Vegas Raiders, this bet should be a layup — as long as Ward stays coherent.

Travis Hunter (+900)

It’s conceivable to imagine a world where Ward has a really rough rookie season with the Titans. It’s also possible the Raiders whiff on a first-round Mountain West Conference running back.

If both of those things happen? The Heisman winner would be the runaway favorite — as long as he catches a couple of touchdown passes.

Even if Ward and Jeanty don’t bust, there’s certainly a world where the NFL forces us to watch Hunter win both Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year. If he scores double-digit touchdowns and grabs a couple of picks? Forces a fumble? That award would be all but locked up.

Shedeur Sanders (+4000)

Let’s have a little fun here, eh?

Sanders sliding to the fifth round still feels like a slight mystery. And the other Cleveland Browns quarterbacks are not exactly stellar options. The rest of the offense? Actually not terrible. Two solid receiving targets in Jerry Jeudy and David Njoku. Quinshon Judkins and Dylan Sampson should make for a more versatile backfield after Nick Chubb signed with the Houston Texans.

If Sanders gets on the field, the hype machine will be out of control. And that’s what these awards are really about. The Browns love the spotlight. Don’t sleep on Sanders starting sooner than most might think.
