On Saturday night, the No. 25 Washington Huskies pulled off an upset victory over the No. 6 Oregon Ducks, 37-34.

A Peyton Henry 43-yard field goal with 51 seconds left in the fourth quarter clinched the win for Washington, but the play of junior quarterback Michael Penix Jr. ed the way for the Huskies’ offense.

Despite leading by three at halftime, 13-10, Penix helped bring the Huskies back from behind three separate times in the second half thanks to a handful of big-time plays.

After Oregon retook the lead 1:44 into the second half, Penix orchestrated a 10-play, 65-yard drive, capped off by a three-yard rushing touchdown by Cameron Davis.

Then, later in the third, with the Huskies down again, 24-20, Penix launched a deep pass, hitting wide receiver Ja’Lynn Polk in stride for a 76-yard touchdown, putting Washington back up 27-24.
