FirstCry refiles IPO papers – Times of India


MUMBAI: Brainbees Solutions, the parent company of omni-channel retailer FirstCry, has refiled draft IPO papers with Sebi. While the issue size remains the same, the revised draft red herring prospectus includes updated financials. The IPO comprises an issue of fresh shares worth Rs 1,816 crore and an offer for sale of 5.4 crore shares by existing investors.
